Ken Young has been serving the Sumter Community for nearly 50 years. Ken is a dedicated General Practitioner. He practices everything from Family Law to Personal Injury. Ken works daily to get the best possible results for his clients.
Work History:
Ken is a Vietnam veteran and former prosecutor. During his time as a prosecutor, he helped prosecute the most infamous serial killer in South Carolina history Donald “Pee Wee” Gaskins. After serving as an Assistant Solicitor, he opened his own private practice in the 1980’s.

Personal Life:
Ken was born and raised in the City of Sumter, where he graduated from Edmunds High School. He is a lifelong member and former Elder of the First Presbyterian Church in Sumter, SC.
Ken is a loving Father, Husband and Grandfather. Ken and his wife have two children and 4 grandchildren.
When he is not making fierce arguments in the courtroom, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren.

Lewis strives daily to seek justice for injured South Carolinians and those that have been wrongfully accused of a crime. Prior to joining the firm as a Partner in 2020, Lewis worked as a Law Clerk at Young & Associates, P.A. during the summers from 2013- 2019.
Lewis is a proud member of the Citadel Class of 2017. However, he graduated a year early in 2016 and spent a year working at Young & Associates, P.A. between college and law school.
During law school, Lewis also served as a Prosecution Law Clerk for the South Carolina Attorney General’s office.
Awards:
While a student at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Lewis won several Cali Awards for Outstanding Achievement including Best Plaintiff’s Advocate in his Trial Advocacy course.
Personal Life:
Lewis was born and raised in rural Sumter County. Lewis is a member of New Harmony Presbyterian Church in Alcolu, SC. As a child he attended and graduated from Wilson Hall in Sumter, SC.
Lewis is a proud father to two beautiful little girls.
When he is not hard at work seeking justice for his clients, Lewis enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
